Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all business-to-business transactions between
PhoneHero (the “Seller”) and the purchasing entity (the “Buyer”)
via phonehero.shop.
1. Definitions
“Buyer” refers to the purchasing business entity.
“PhoneHero” refers to PhoneHero AB and its affiliated entities.
2. Product Condition & Origin
- All devices sold by PhoneHero are delivered free from iCloud or Google account locks.
- All devices originate from within the European Union.
- Only devices requiring repair have been repaired; the majority of devices sold are original and unrepaired.

If a device has been repaired, the repair has been carried out using replacement parts
equivalent to original quality.

Repaired devices will not display system warnings related to
“non-genuine” or “unauthorized” parts.
3. Warranty
PhoneHero provides a three (3) month warranty on all devices sold.
- The warranty covers functional defects existing at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover external damage, including but not limited to:
drops, impact damage, water damage, bent devices, or other physical damage.
4. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be submitted by email to
hello@phonehero.se.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when sending devices back to PhoneHero
for warranty evaluation.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All orders must be paid in advance by the Buyer.

After placing an order, a proforma invoice containing payment details
will be made available.

6. Shipping & Delivery
- All purchases made on phonehero.shop include free shipping.

Orders with confirmed payment are dispatched on the same business day,
provided payment is completed before 12:00 (CET).

Delivery is handled by PostNord or DHL Freight and normally takes
1–2 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
PhoneHero shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages,
including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.
8. Force Majeure
PhoneHero shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions,
natural disasters, or governmental actions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with
Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Sweden.
